LONDON - With three exceptional restaurants under one roof, London Hilton on Park Lane is kicking off the celebratory season with the launch of its Christmas menus. Offering diners the perfect setting for any festive occasion, guests can sample traditional seasonal fare, Michelin-starred cuisine or something a little more exotic. The hotel is also offering special Christmas accommodation rates, from as little as £185.00 per room per night.*

Podium Restaurant and Bar

Podium Restaurant and Bar is the perfect choice for seasonal, contemporary cuisine, offering a range of celebratory menus, from the end of November through to New Year's Day. The three-course Christmas Celebrations Menu is ideal for group dining, priced at £39.50 per person for groups of 10 or more, and is available from November 29 - December 30.

Starters include terrine of duck, plum chutney, spiced wine jelly; and gin and tonic cured salmon, with crème fraiche and lime pickled fennel. Mains include bream with roasted baby onions, salsify and baby potatoes with shellfish nage; and roast turkey breast, trimmings, rosemary roasted potatoes, root vegetables, brussel sprouts and gravy. Guests can finish the meal with an array of indulgent deserts, including iced Christmas pudding parfait and candied chestnuts; and double-baked mandarin soufflé with chocolate ice cream.

Trader Vic's

For a tropical Christmas dining experience, visitors can head to Trader Vic's - a London institution and original home of the Mai Tai. Guests can admire traditional Tiki carvings, while sampling exotic French Polynesian cuisine and sipping a celebratory cocktail. This Christmas, Trader Vic's is offering a range of set menus served island-style, from £40.00 per person.

Sample dishes include seared saku tuna crusted in seasami/pink pepper corn, served with Chinese vegetables; beef "Malagasy", fillet of beef cooked in the wood-fired oven with Malagasy pepper butter; and BBQ pork belly-lemon thyme and ginger with Bali rice.

Galvin at Windows

Michelin-starred Galvin at Windows offers unparalleled dining against stunning 360° views of the city skyline. Located on the 28th floor overlooking Hyde Park, the restaurant offers a Christmas Day meal to remember. Diners at the Christmas Day Lunch can enioy a threecourse menu, a glass of Pommery Brut Royal Champagne and fun for all the family, including live music, a magician and a visit from Santa himself.

Christmas Day Lunch starts in style, with a celebratory Champagne and canapé reception, and lobster cocktail appetiser. Starters include carpaccio of seabass, apple, lemon, sea urchin and caviar; and mosaic of game with spiced sweet wine jelly. Main dishes include Norfolk bronze turkey and all the trimmings; and saddle of south west venison, smoked Alsace bacon, beignets of braised shoulder, red cabbage, watercress and chocolate.

For dessert guests can enjoy treats such as peanut butter parfait, with salted caramel, popcorn ice cream; and Windows Christmas pudding, Tahitian vanilla ice cream and brandy crème anglaise. For an ultra decadent finish, coffee will be served accompanied by mince pies, chocolates and marshmallows. The Christmas Day Lunch is priced at £250.00 per adult and £125.00 for children 12 years and under.
