LONDON -  The award winning Galvin at Windows restaurant, situated on the 28th floor of the London Hilton on Park Lane offering modern French cuisine and views over London, is introducing ‘Bar Lunch Express', a new menu available in the adjacent Bar.

This seasonally changing menu, created by Chef Patron Chris Galvin and Head Chef Andre Garrett, aims to provide customers who prefer a more informal dining environment with a range of smaller tapas-style dishes which are quick to serve, light to eat, accessibly priced and offer the same level of indulgence and sophistication as Galvin at Windows Restaurant.

Head Chef Andre Garrett says: "The new Bar food is simple yet luxurious, in keeping with what we offer in the Restaurant, using the same ingredients and style of presentation; it can be prepared quickly so it works really well for lunchtimes. It's also affordable - you can have two dishes starting from £10."

The versatility of the menu, accessible pricing of the dishes and accompanying drinks list plus the unique aspect the venue, allow for a variety of eating occasions - from a quick, light bite during an informal business meeting, a decadent lunch which stretches into the afternoon or an inexpensive way for friends to catch up whilst admiring the views.

The Bar Lunch Express menu is available Mon-Fri, 12 - 3pm (last orders).
