French Culinary Demonstration Session At Hilton Ramses

CAIRO -  Chef Dimitrios, executive chef of Hilton Ramses, recently held a French culinary demonstration session, which took place at Windows on the World Roof-top Restaurant.

Chef Dimitrios was happy to share his passion with a selected group of ladies who were shown during the session how to prepare and cook a complete French meal. They started with the favorite smoked salmon mille-feuille and shrimps, then a delicious pumkin soup, a rack of lamb provencal with ratatouille and chateau potatoes as a main course and ended up with Tart Tatin as a dessert.

A gastronomic lunch took place followed the demonstration where all the women participating enjoyed the delicious plates.
