Hilton Anaheim Bestowed Best Guest Relations Award At California Hotels & Lodging Association 2015 Stars Of The Industry Awards

ANAHEIM, Calif. - The California Hotel & Lodging Association announced their 2015 Stars of the Industry award winners on Saturday, Nov. 19 at the US Grant hotel in San Diego. The annual Stars of the Industry awards, presented by USA TODAY, honor lodging employees and properties that best symbolize the quality service of the industry. The 2015 awards consisted of five property categories, six individual categories and an industry supplier category.

"The California Hotel & Lodging Association is honored to recognize our 2015 winners," said CH&LA President & CEO Lynn Mohrfeld.  "Our congratulations go out to each of these individuals and properties for their continued dedication and outstanding contributions to our state's lodging industry."  

Leisure guests from around the globe enjoyed being at the center of it all this summer, when Hilton Anaheim-the largest hotel in The Anaheim Resort District and one of the largest in the region with 1,572 guestrooms-kicked off a "Center of SoCal-Random Acts of Summer" campaign, in June 2015. The three-month campaign focused on enhancing the guest experience by delivering  summertime traditions and passing along an exclusive savings of more than $300 per person for a variety of Southern California attractions for travelers of all ages.

To enhance the guest experience within the hotel, Hilton Anaheim celebrated the season with complimentary Random Acts of Summer, including classic seasonal activities such as hula hoop contests, s'mores stations, ice cream carts, lemonade stands, daily giveaways (such as complimentary tacos at Pool Bar and Grill and freshly baked cookies and pitcher of milk delivered to guest rooms randomly) and contests inside the hotel and online via Hilton Anaheim's Facebook page.
