Hilton Beijing Appoints Andrew Moore As Director Of Business Development

BEIJING - Hilton Beijing today announced the appointment of Andrew Moore as director of business development.

Stefan Schmid, general manager, Hilton Beijing said, "With more than 10 years of hotel experience, Andrew has gained great knowledge and experience in sales, marketing, and revenue management. His management abilities will be an asset for business development department as well as Hilton Beijing. We look forward to Moore's contribution in expanding our business in the years ahead."

Commenting on his new role, Moore said, "I am very excited to get a chance to be part of the team and looking forward to leading my team in developing and implementing strategies that exceeds guest expectations in the competitive Beijing marketplace."

About Andrew MoorEMoore brings 11 years of experience to his new role at Hilton Worldwide. In his former role at Conrad Dublin, he was responsible for reservation management and was then appointed to group, conference & events sales manager. In 2011, Moore was promoted to cluster senior group, conference & events sales manager for four Hilton properties in London with 856 rooms and 38 meeting rooms.

Prior to joining Hilton Beijing, Moore held the position of cluster director of business development for Hilton Belfast and Hilton Belfast Templepatrick Golf & Country Club where he was awarded business development manager of the year in 2014 by the Institute of Hospitality for his innovation and successful leadership in driving the business forward over the past 12 months.
