Hilton Hotels & Resorts Announces Brand Awards of Excellence Winners in the Americas

MCLEAN, Va. - Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Worldwide's flagship brand with more than 550 properties across six continents, has announced its annual Brand Awards of Excellence winners in the Americas. Each year, Hilton honors properties for outstanding performance in multiple categories, including marketing, food and beverage, housekeeping and brand culture.

The coveted Connie Award, named in honor of brand founder Conrad Hilton, is awarded to the top performing hotel that excels in four key areas, including quality assurance audits measuring cleanliness and property condition, customer scores rating staff service and guest loyalty. The Connie Award-winning property receives a monetary prize to host a celebratory event for hotel team members and a trophy.
