Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik Awarded "Best In Customer Service" By Croation National Program

DUBROVNIK, Croatia - Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik has been recognized with a Best in Customer Service Award (BNCSA) for its excellent standards in customer service. BNCSA is a national award programme that celebrates the accomplishments of Croatia’s leading businesses, recognises excellence and rewards commitment to quality and customer service.
In its inaugural year, the programme was developed by customer service and marketing management company, Vita Communications, together with the American College of Management & Technology and American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia. The award is open to all companies whose headquarters or branch offices are located in Croatia, with evaluation based on five categories: leadership and creativity, culture of service, service positioning, client relationship management and the strategy of service recovery.
Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik’s General Manager, Andreas Jersabeck, commented: “We are delighted to receive this prestigious award which truly reflects our team members’ dedication, attention to detail and continual efforts to serve our guests at the highest standard."
