Hilton London Green Park Hotel Launches Berry Bar & Lounge
Bar Offers New Gin Cocktails And Gin Afternoon Tea

LONDON - Hilton London Green Park Hotel, situated in a quiet street in the heart of London's Mayfair, is pleased to announce the launch of Berry Bar & Lounge, formerly Tiger Green Bar.
The newly refurbished bar, which takes its name from the juniper berry, is presenting a selection of gin-focused food and drink offerings. The promotion draws upon the hotel's 18th Century Georgian townhouse setting and the enduring popularity of gin from these times to the present day.
The refurbishment of Berry Bar & Lounge has created a relaxed, contemporary setting with townhouse style dove grey walls and bold splashes of red and other vibrant colours. The light flooded bar conservatory offers a sanctuary in the heart of Mayfair away from the hustle and bustle of the area.
As well as the usual wines, spirits and soft drinks, the accessibly-priced drinks list at Berry Bar & Lounge offers customers a short (comprehensive) and carefully edited range of premium gins such as Beefeater 24, No. 3, Martin Millers, Tanqueray 10 and Chase. All gin and tonic drinks are served with Fever Tree tonics and priced from £6.95.
The new range of gin cocktails includes:
- Earl Grey Martini, the house signature drink, served at the table in a frozen tea pot - Earl Grey infused Beefeater gin shaken with lemon juice and syrup de gomme, £8.95
- Ginger Fizz -created by the team at Berry Bar & Lounge, it combines Bombay Sapphire with fresh ginger and bitters, £8.75
- The London Lemonade -Plymouth gin and elderflower, £7.95
Gin Afternoon Tea
Berry Bar & Lounge have teamed up with Beefeater 24 to create a unique Afternoon Tea experience. Traditional sandwiches, scones and cakes are served with a Beefeater 24 and Fever Tree tonic. Choose from a selection of bitters to flavour your Gin and Tonic as you wish. Also served with your selection from 12 different loose teas from Twinings.
The head chef has created a range of tapas-style bar bites designed to complement the various gins and cocktails, priced £3.95-£6.95. Highlights include:
- Seared Scallops -served with a soy and chilli reduction, £6.95
- Smoked Salmon Crostini -with ginger and chive crème fraiche, £4.95
- Mini Fish and Chips -with spiced potatoes and caper mayonnaise, £5.95

The opening hours for the Berry Bar & Lounge are Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to midnight and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
