NAPLES, Fla. - Hilton Naples today announced its 2013 manager of the year award recipient.

Niccole Neebling, Hilton Naples director of sales, catering and marketing, won the prestigious award. Neebling has been part of the hotel team since 2008, and was promoted to her current position in October 2012.

Niccole was honored for her department's performance, leadership qualities, her inspirational guidance and providing constant encouragement to her staff.
