Hilton Osaka Announces Launch Of Newly Renovated Banquet Facilities

OSAKA, Japan - Hilton Osaka today unveiled its newly renovated 4th and 5th floor banquet rooms.

"As part of Hilton Worldwide Japan's 50th anniversary of operations in Japan, we are extremely proud to showcase our new banquet facilities today that are designed to provide optimal 'connectivity' in a very stylish and elegant design. This banquet refurbishment is part of our three year master plan to refresh our product offering in rooms and other facilities," said Herman Ehrlich, general manager, Hilton Osaka. This demonstrates our strong commitment to continuing to deliver the best product possible to our loyal and valued customers within Japan and from overseas."

Designed by internationally acclaimed interior designer ABConcept, renovations include 4th and 5th floor existing venues and expanded capacity with the addition of three new banquet spaces with bright natural light, stylish glass revolving walls and two with traditional Kyoto woven textile wallpaper.

Highlights of the banquet renovation include the new-look 'Sakura Ballroom,' accommodating up to 1,000 people with beautifully contrasted wooden brown and silvery white wall design accentuating the 7.0 meter ceiling height, 10 remote controlled screens (including two accommodating 250-inch projection), expansive new AV capabilities and connectivity, and new lighting and design enhancements that maximize the chic look capturing Japanese design elements.

Connectivity includes wireless connectivity from Apple devices such as iPad and iPhone directly to screens enabling seemly real-time interaction. From the cocktail receptions and elegant dinners to professional workshops, seminars, and social events guests can benefit from expanded flexibility and options across the refurbished facilities.In addition to banquet facilities, Hilton Osaka also unveiled a new Bridal Salon with subtle, soft design features in a relaxing style tailored to meet discerning wedding couple's needs.Hilton Osaka's expanded master plan will include full refurbishment of all guest rooms and the lobby, as well as other facilities. Design ensures modern, elegant and stylish feel with a touch of Japanese traditional design elements.
