PHUKET, Thailand - Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa today announced the appointments for a number of leadership and senior management roles within the luxurious resort including Director of Finance, Director of Operations, Director of Food and Beverage, Director of Human Resources, Director of Sales and Front Office Manager.

Director of Finance - Aman Sobti
Aman Sobti has been appointed as Director of Finance with effect from August 20, 2012. Sobti started his career in the hospitality industry with Grand Hyatt eight years ago, and joined the Hilton Worldwide family in 2009 at Hilton New Delhi, India Janakpur as Director of Finance. He was awarded the SEA Talent Development Award in 2011 by Hilton and brings over ten years of experience from reputable accounting firms.

Director of Operations - Akinori Ito

Akinori Ito joins Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa as the Director of Operations after spending 15 years working in Australia and Japan in roles spanning across hotel operations, housekeeping and guest relations. Starting on his new role from April 16, 2012, Ito will be responsible for ensuring smooth hotel operations and delivering the Hilton brand promise to create memorable guest experiences while fulfilling guests' needs.

Director of Food & Beverage - Rodney Simpson

Rodney Simpson, most recently general manager of the Stamford Grande Adelaide in Australia brings with him more than 10 years of experience in managing five-star resorts. As the new Director of Food & Beverage, Simpson is tasked with revamping the resort's food and beverage outlets with new menus and offerings.

Director of Human Resources - Jintana Mahattanpak
Jintana Mahattanapak started her career in hospitality 15 years ago with Thavorn Beach Village as Direcor of Human Resources. Most recently the Director of Human Resources at Anantara, Mahattanapak will start her role at Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa from July 23, 2012 and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of managing talent and employee relations initiatives.

Director of Sales - Yupaporn Thong-in

Yupaporn Thong-in has 16 years of hospitality experience having worked in a number of hotels including Mövenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach Phuket, Laguna Beach Resort Phuket and Phathumwan Princess Hotel in Bangkok. In her new role, Thong-in will be responsible for driving sales to the hotel and managing the sales team at Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa.

Front Office Manager - Jira Worasan
Jira Worasan joins the front office team as the front office manager with effect from August 27, 2012. Most recently the Assistant Front Office Manager at Laguna Beach Resort, Worasan will be responsible for front office operations experience and guest service. "At Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa, we pride ourselves in being able to constantly raise the bar in delivering quality guest experiences at our resort.
