SHENZHEN, China - Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai announces the appointment for a number of leadership and senior management roles including director of human resources, director of business development, director of finance, director of sales and marketing & communications manager.

Director of Business Development - Katherine Si
Katherine Si joined Hilton Worldwide in 2012 as director of business development at Hilton Zhongshan Downtown, and brings more than 20 years of experiences to her new role. She started her hospitality career in 1989 in Xi'an. Si has also held key positions in Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group and Kempinski Hotels.

Director of Human Resources - Dora Huang
Dora Huang started her career in hospitality nine years ago as training supervisor. Prior to joining Hilton Worldwide, she held key positions in Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, as well as Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Huang will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of managing talent and employee relations initiatives.

Director of Finance - Jane Gao
Jane Gao joined Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai from Hilton Guangzhou Baiyun, bringing 24 years of experience to her new role. She is responsible for providing financial support, advice and expertise to the general manager and management team. Gao has worked in numerous five-star hotels spanning eight international brands.

Director of Food & Beverage - Alex Wang
Alex Wang brings 17 years of hospitality experience to his new role in Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai, where he will have overall responsibility for the operation of the food and beverage department including budgeting, forecasting, purchasing and all operational development for the department. He first joined Hilton Worldwide in 2009 as assistant director of food & beverage at Hilton Beijing. He also held key positions in Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Marriott International, Accor Hotels and Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group.

Director of Sales - Sue Xu
Sue Xu has 9 years of hospitality experience and worked in a number of hotels including Shanghai Pudong Holiday Inn, Shangri-La Zhongshan and Sheraton Zhongshan. In her new role, Xu will be responsible for driving sales to the hotel and managing the sales team at Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai.

Marketing and Communications Manager - Rem Li
Rem Li joined Hilton Worldwide in 2006 as marketing and communication executive at Hilton Beijing, later she also worked at DoubleTree by Hilton Beijing, DoubleTree by Hilton Langfang and Hilton Zhongshan Downtown. Li holds a Bachelor degree major in Journalism and Screen Production from Griffith University.
