Hilton Shijiazhuang Appoints Jeremy Dong As Director Of Operations

SHIJIAZHUANG, China - Hilton Shijiazhuang today announced appointment of Jeremy Dong as director of operations. Mr. Dong will report to Mark Ancrum, general manager, Hilton Shijiazhuang, and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Fitness Centre and other relevant operating departments.

Mr. Ancrum said, "Mr. Dong brings to the role more than 16 years of experiences and proven success in the hospitality industry in China. We are delighted to welcome him to our senior leadership team in Shijiazhuang. Mr. Dong joined Hilton Worldwide in 2009 as director of sales at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Beijing. He was appointed as director of business development in 2010. Mr. Dong has won numerous sales awards including: "2012 Sales & Marketing Award" DoubleTree by Hilton Brand, "2011 Best Market Share Improvement," and "2011 Best Revenue Growth" Hilton Greater China & Mongolia and "2010 Sales & Marketing Award" DoubleTree by Hilton Brand.

Mr. Dong started his hospitality career in Beijing in 1996 before moving to Hai Nan Airlines Hotel Group in 2003 as sales director. He was the winner of the "Be an Ambassador" Program in 1998/1999, InterContinental Hotels Group and received the "Leader of Sales & Marketing 2003" award, HNA Hotel Group.

Mr. Dong is a Chinese national and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics.
