WAIKOLOA, Hawaii - Hilton Waikoloa Village - the 62-acre oceanfront resort on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii Island - proudly welcomes a new member to the expanding sales team, Erika Costa, as the in-market director of national accounts for the Northwest United States, Western Canada and Alaska.

Costa, a California State University Long Beach graduate, has spent 13 years with Hilton Hotels and Resorts at various properties throughout California working as the multi-property services and senior sales manager. As a dedicated member of the Hilton Worldwide Corporation, she has been a part of several departments within, analyzing and directing requirements of functions and goals. Her notable career also includes positions as the senior sales manager of The Fess Parker Santa Barbara, a Doubletree by Hilton Resort, Doubletree by Hilton Sonoma Wine Country, and Embassy Suites Sacramento, Riverfront Promenade; as well as catering and conventions services manager at the DoubleTree by Hilton Sacramento. Costa is knowledgeable in successfully managing group businesses in multiple markets such as national, international and local association, corporate, SMERF, and government. A devoted ambassador for the California Tourism Association, Costa will continue her career with Hilton in Northern California.
