For those wanting to indulge the palate, The Atrium restaurant will be offering an aphrodisiac inspired menu featuring Queensland produce including 'cold seared wild Carpentaria prawns with Bowen mango aioli, fennel, Persian fetta and baby roquette salad' and for the sweet tooth 'rosehip and Noosa vanilla bean mousse served with chocolate hearts and fresh local peach' - designed to ignite the senses. The Atrium’s Valentine's Day menu includes a glass of sparkling wine on arrival and three-courses for $75 per person. Available 6 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., Friday 11 – Monday 14 February.
For a casual dining experience the Below7 lounge will be offering a decadent asiette platter featuring 'rosehip and Noosa vanilla bean mousse in dark chocolate cups, marinated yellow peaches and coconut tuille', complimented by a glass of sparkling wine cocktail all for $48 per couple. Available 6 p.m. – midnight, Friday 11 – Monday 14 February.
