PHOENIX - Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort will be celebrating National Blueberry Month and National Ice Cream Month this July with a few specials that highlight the sweet ingredients. Rico's American Grill and Hole-in-the-Wall are going all-American just in time with blueberry pancakes, ice cream sundaes topped with Cracker Jacks and more.
Everyone loves breakfast for dinner and at Rico's American Grill, and guests will be able to enjoy a stack of pancakes with plump blueberries and dripping with syrup all day. Guests can top off their meal with a Cracker Jack sundae, served with cinnamon vanilla swirl ice cream topped with house-made Cracker Jacks and ancho chili caramel.
At the iconic barbecue eatery hot spot, Hole-in-the-Wall restaurant, diners will be treated to bread baskets of blueberry muffins served with lunch and dinner for the perfect summer
side. To sweeten up the visit, guests can enjoy a unique sweet-and-spicy combination of ingredients in the ancho chili chocolate brownie topped with warm caramel sauce.
