LONDON - London Hilton on Park Lane today announced appointment of Sergio Moreira as director of food and beverage.

Sergio said, "It's a pleasure to be joining such an esteemed team and working for a leading establishment in London. I'm looking forward to fulfilling the hotel's commitment to delivering such high standards and looking at ways we can enrich the experience of every Hilton customer."

In his new role at London Hilton on Park Lane, Sergio will be charged with enhancing and influencing the overall guest experience whilst supervising kitchen personnel and food planning.

Michael Shepherd, general manager, London Hilton on Park Lane, said, "We're delighted to welcome Sergio to the Park Lane team and are excited to have him on board. His industry knowledge and experience is perfect for the role".

Joining from Brown's Hotel London, where he has served as the director of food and beverage for a year and a half, Sergio brings with him a wealth of industry experience. Prior to joining Brown's, Sergio has worked at The Ritz Carlton Hotel Abama in Tenerife and The Yeatman Relais & Chateaux Hotel in Portugal.
