GLASGOW, UK -  Guests of Cameron's restaurant at Hilton Glasgow are in for a culinary treat this coming Saturday as it launches its first ever Cookery Experience on 13th June.

World renowned chefs from the restaurant, led by executive head chef James Murphy, will demonstrate the skills which have made Cameron's a firm favourite for the city's visitors and residents.

Guests arriving for the lunchtime event will be greeted with coffee and pastries to start.
The demonstration encompasses full preparation of a mouth-watering four course menu, giving visitors a taster of the stunning menu on offer at Cameron's.

The chefs start the demonstration with preparation of a divine Isle of Mull cheddar cheese twice baked soufflé before moving on to a delicately chilled champagne, strawberry and watermelon soup.

The main course will be a beautiful summer dish of poached salmon with lemongrass dressing whilst dessert is baked Alaska - a kitchen classic which can prove difficult for even the most accomplished of amateur cooks to perfect.

Cameron's chefs will welcome questions from the floor whilst guests sample each of the dishes before sitting down to a sumptuous two-course lunch.

Additional dates for the Cookery Experience are: Saturday 5th September, Saturday 3rd October, Saturday 7th November and Saturday 5th December.
