New Christmas Sweet Creations At Hilton Singapore’s Festive Deli

SINGAPORE - Year-end festive celebrations start early at Hilton Singapore this year as new Executive Chef Fabrizio Aceti decks the Season's Deli from Wednesday 20 November, featuring our new homemade signature Christmas sweets including the delicious Passion Fruit and Chocolate Panettone, delightful Christmas Tree Macaroons and luscious Opera Di Natale log cake.
Homemade Passion Fruit and Chocolate Panettone
This Christmas, Chef Aceti presents an interesting twist to the Italian festive sweet bread by adding passion fruit and chocolate to the recipe. The added ingredients deliver a harmonious combination of sweet and citric flavors with an alluring aroma, a result of the crunchy passion fruit seeds in the fluffy and moist Panettone.
Opera Di Natale Yule Log
Inspired by chocolate orangettes that is usually enjoyed during festive, the Opera Di Natale is the latest signature log cake of this Season. The Yule log is made of luscious glistening dark chocolate glaze and velvety chocolate cinnamon mousse atop a soft brownie base. Ensconced within the delectable chocolate made of 64% dark chocolate from Ecuador and hazelnuts is a tangy, spicy core of orange cardamom mousse with bits of orange peel hidden within for an enhanced texture in every bite.
Tropica Yule Log
Sink your teeth into this fruity log cake made of bananas, passion fruit and mangoes. A refreshing alternative to traditional festive desserts, the Tropica Yule log offers a light, citrusy trinity of tropical fruits, a mélange of fresh bananas with mangoes and passion fruit over a layer of soft hazelnut sponge.
