AMMAN, Jordan - Affirming its deep-rooted appreciation for the Social Security Corporation's (SSC) mission of achieving social protection and economic development in Jordan, King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Centre managed by Hilton, and Hilton KHBTCC's owning company, the Dead Sea Resorts, have partnered with the SSC to hold a training for Hilton team members on the corporation's role in granting security, safety and stability to productive groups.

Attended by Hilton KHBTCC team members and owners, the training aimed to highlight the SSC's part in the economic and social development in the Kingdom. In addition, the training sought to raise team members' awareness about the recent amendments to the SSC laws and provide them with a chance to inquire about the benefits of the membership and the areas it covers such as unemployment, maternity, early retirement and marriage.

Kamel Ajami, Hilton Worldwide country manager - Jordan, affirmed Hilton KHBTCC's support of the SSC and its goal of protecting citizens and empowering the Jordanian workforce. He said, "Keeping our team members up to date with developments affecting them and their livelihood has always been one of our top priorities at Hilton. Participants came out of the training with the SSC with a better understanding of the Social Security Corporation and an appreciation of its devotion to securing respectable lives to citizens,
reducing poverty and ultimately driving the Jordanian economy and society forward."
