Hilton London Metropole hotel has launched a new promotion for event organisers to give them great value and fantastic rewards for every residential event held at the hotel.
With the Pick & Mix promotion the more bedrooms booked with an event, the bigger and better are the rewards that organisers can receive. Rewards are tailored to individual event needs and consist of a wide selection of incentives. Options to choose from include complimentary bedrooms, double HHonors® Event Planner Bonus points, tea and coffee break upgrades, discounts on room hire, and rebates on the total cost.
Kostas Ioannidis, Director of Field Sales at the Hilton London Metropole, explains: "The conference and events industry as a whole is going through a challenging phase. After speaking to some of our key partners about what they consider important in the buying process we learned more about how we can support them, and the Pick & Mix promotion is the result. It gives organisers the flexibility to ‘pick and mix' rewards according to their needs, and offers a choice of items that represent good financial return and additional value to them."
The Pick & Mix promotion will be valid for residential events booked until 30th April 2010 which take place between 1st March and 31st August 2010.

Terms & Conditions
Valid for new meetings booked and confirmed between 21st September 2009 and 30th April 2010 and held between 1st March 2010 and 31st August 2010 at Hilton London Metropole. Meetings must include and consist of at least 50 paid rooms per night at peak. Chosen incentives must be listed in the hotel Sales Contract. Bookers must quote "Pick&Mix" at the point of booking to qualify. Booking of meeting is at hotel's discretion and is subject to availability. HHonors® Event Planner Bonus points are subject to a maximum of 100,000 points and end user name must be printed in the hotel Sales Contract. Rewards are not eligible for cancelled events. Blackout dates may apply. This promotion can not be used in combination with other promotions. Hilton HHonors membership, earning of Points & Miles and redemption of points are subject to HHonors Terms and Conditions.
