The Return Of A Bigger, Better And Bubblier Sunday Brunch At Hilton Singapore’s Checkers Brasserie

SINGAPORE - Revel in jovial Sunday celebrations as Checkers Brasserie at Hilton Singapore re-introduces a bigger, better and bubblier Sunday Brunch, where diners will discover the finer things in life to whet their appetites and add some fizz to their weekends.
Marvel at the sumptuous feast personally lined up by Executive Chef Fabrizio Aceti. Diners can look forward to the freshest imported premium seafood catch featuring a variety of live oysters from Canada, the USA and France; Boston Lobster and Alaskan King Crabs. The Sunday Brunch also boasts one of the largest offerings of live stations amongst brunches in the city. Guests will enjoy five carving stations every week: Chef Aceti's Italian specialty traditional succulent suckling pig roast of Porchetta di Maiale; roasted whole milk-fed lamb using the best quality, free of hormones and antibiotics lamb that is less than six-month old; organic sakura chicken; grain-fed roasted prime ribs; and salt-crusted Ocean Trout.
Proving to be a bigger and better brunch experience, the à la minute Italian gourmet station highlights traditional homemade recipes contributed by Chef Aceti's grandmother. Indulge in multiple rounds of cooked-to-order, pan-fried foie gras with truffle polenta, slow-cooked eggs and homemade Maccheroncini pasta with Seafood.
With an expansive buffet variety, diners also get to enjoy Asian specialties; fresh Japanese sushi, maki and sashimi; and grilled Indian Tandoori chicken skewers and pita bread.
Conclude the afternoon with the ultimate sugar rush and go full on a chocolate decadence with a table spread of chocolate delights set by Executive Pastry Chef Siddharth Prabu.
Treat yourself to an assortment of Chocolate Créme Brulee, Hazelnut Royaltine, the not-to-be-missed luscious Blackforest cake, alcohol-infused Baileys Chocolate Cake and many other desserts that will tantalize your taste buds.
Last but not the least, toast to the weekend with an array of free flow beverages; premium Laurent Perrier champagne, two varieties of white wines and two varieties of red wines.
