Vasco’s Celebrates Ten Year Anniversary

ABU DHABI, UAE - Vasco’s, the vibrant international restaurant at Hilton Abu Dhabi, celebrates its ten year anniversary next month. To mark this occasion, restaurant manager Joseph Khatoun, Chef Gaurav and their team of specialists have created a signature anniversary menu, showcasing Vasco’s all time favourite dishes.

The ten year anniversary menu includes classic signature dishes such as jumbo shrimp pili pili, dum ki daal - Indian black lentils and seekh kebab - with cabbage salad and basmati rice. For dessert, guests can choose from a number of all time favourites including crêpes with banana and toffee or strawberry and white chocolate and Vasco’s tiramisu.

Restaurant manager Joseph comments: “Vasco’s is an institution among Abu Dhabi residents. What better way to celebrate our ten year history than by welcoming guests back to enjoy the best of our menu from the last decade.”

The three course anniversary menu is priced from AED150 per person and the four course anniversary menu is priced from AED210 including a glass of sparkling or a fresh juice.
