SEDONA, Ariz. - Hilton Sedona Resort & Spa has become the first location in the Western U.S. to offer the signature global spa concept eforea: spa at Hilton. eforea: spa at Hilton Sedona features 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space including treatment rooms and a fitness area with state-of-the-art equipment, relaxation areas, solarium and a 25-meter lap pool overlooking Sedona's picturesque Red Rocks. Under the umbrella of the rapidly growing eforea: spa at Hilton, but specific to the region, the spa at Hilton Sedona features Sedona Healing Experiences with an emphasis on energy work.

"Sedona - recognized as a legendary spiritual health and wellness destination - provides the ideal setting for these unique energy medicine techniques offered exclusively at our eforea location," said Ginni Selle, spa director, eforea: spa at Hilton Sedona. "Energy medicines are vibrational applications that work to harmonize energy flow within the body to align and resonate with the larger universal healing frequencies."

Among these is The Full Circle, a holistic spa treatment inspired by the indigenous spiritual view of the four directions. Beginning with an aromatherapy meditation to discover the guest's intuition, the session unfolds and incorporates various modalities with the purpose of creating wholeness. The Full Circle is a great opportunity to try something new and to integrate modalities such as relaxation massage, aromatherapy, hot stone massage, energy balancing, visualization and meditation.

Other Sedona Healing Experiences consist of combinations of Reiki, polarity therapy, Jin Shin Jyutsu, cranial sacral, reflexology, essential oils, flower essences, sound and more. Guests who want to benefit from energy medicine-based therapies may also choose the Energy Enhancement add-on to complement any spa treatment. The Energy Enhancement is a specific protocol for utilizing tuning forks vibrationally and audibly to harmonize and charge the body's energy field and chakra system.

At the core of eforea: spa at Hilton Sedona Resort concept are three signature spa journeys that pair therapeutic approaches with transformative techniques. Among these are the Essentials Journey, the Escape Journey and the Men's Journey.
