In celebration of its upcoming 25th anniversary, Hilton Short Hills today announced the reopening of its full-service signature restaurant, The Dining Room, featuring a spectacular contemporary design along with a new menu created by executive chef Richard Kennedy. The restaurant was a mainstay and popular dining spot with local residents for many years, and its legions of local fans will not be disappointed with its sophisticated new menu of what is being referred to as “casual fine dining.”
Hilton Worldwide announces the appointment of Pablo Torres as the general manager of the AAA Four Diamond Hilton Short Hills located in the metropolitan New York suburban bedroom community of Short Hills, New Jersey. In his new role, Torres will oversee the day-to-day operations and management of this 304-room property which is considered one of New Jersey’s finest hotels. Torres succeeds Peter Webster, who was recently promoted to general manager, Hilton Petaling Jaya in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He will report directly to Ted Ratcliff, senior vice president, operations, eastern North America, Hilton Worldwide.
